Moshi & Company Inc

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains how Moshi & Company Inc handles personal information when you inquire about our software development services through Facebook or Instagram lead forms, or communicate with us about a software project. It also covers this privacy policy page. It does not describe the separate practices of other businesses in our portfolio.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification, sensitive personal information or confidential project secrets in a lead form.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, assess whether your project is a good fit, arrange a call, prepare a scope or quote, and manage related communications. If you become a customer, we may also use relevant information to provide the agreed service and maintain necessary business records.

We may follow up by email, phone or messaging services, where permitted, about the inquiry you submitted. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who may receive your information

We use service providers to collect, organize and communicate about inquiries. These may include Meta for lead forms, Google Sheets or Google Workspace for lead records, and email, messaging, scheduling and hosting providers. We share information only as needed for these purposes. Providers also process information under their own applicable policies.

We do not sell your lead information or automatically share it with other companies in our portfolio for their marketing. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or respond to a security incident.

Meta's own handling of information on its platforms is explained in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Storage, security and retention

We limit access to information to people and providers who need it for the purposes above and use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your inquiry, provide an agreed service and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details, subject to legal requirements and normal backup cycles.

Some providers may store or process information outside your province or country, including outside Canada, where local privacy laws may differ.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or stop follow-up messages. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal or business recordkeeping reasons.

To contact the person responsible for privacy at Moshi & Company Inc, send a message to our official Facebook Page and identify it as a “Privacy request.” You can also reply to a communication you have received from us. Please avoid sending sensitive identification documents in an initial message.

Our software inquiry service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. If we intend to use your information for a materially different purpose, we will provide an appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.
